Q: Are the HPSN events free?
A: Yes, all HPSN events are offered free

Q: Who should attend?
A: HPSN is for anyone interested in medical simulation and education, including - but not limted to - nurses, physicians, healthcare executives, paramedics and military personnel.

Q: Is HPSN for people in North America only?
A: No, simulation users from all over the world attend our annual event in Tampa and we also host international HPSN events throughout the year.

Q: Can I submit a proposal for one of the HPSN workshops?
A: Yes, every year we put out a call for workshops to be included in the conference's educational program.

Q: Can I earn CME/CEU credits?
A: Yes, most of the workshops at HPSN allow you to earn CME and CEU credits.

Q: What are HPSN Pre-Conference Training Courses and can anyone attend?
A: The Pre-confernence courses at HPSN are designed to provide training and learning opportunities for simulation users, including essentials of using the METI simulators, creating scenarios, debriefing techniques and other invaluable topics. They are paid courses and users need to register to attend.

Q: Are meals provided during the conference?
A: Complimentary coffee will be served every morning. Lunch and dinner will be on your own. Heavy   hors d'oeuvres will be served during the welcome reception.

Q: Can I register now for HPSN 2011?
A: Yes, you can register online at http://www.hpsn.com

Q: Is parking validated for conference attendees?
A: No, valet parking for all hotel guests is $18.00 a day. Short-term daytime parking is $10.00 a day. There is no self-parking.

Q: How far is it from the airport to the Marriott Waterside Hotel?
A:  Tampa International Airport is located 8 miles from the Marriott Waterside Hotel. A one-way estimated taxi fare is $22.00 or the bus service fee is $11.00.

Q: How can I reach my METI Sales Representative at HPSN?
A: When you attend an HPSN event, go to the registration desk and ask for the name of your sales manager - someone will find your representative for you.

A. METI was founded in 1996 with five employees. The company has grown to include more than 200 employees working together to perfect the technology that is now an integral part of medical education programs around the world.
