Terms & Conditions

Though our corporate attorney initially provided us these terms and conditions in the form of iambic pentameter with a keatsian ode rhyme scheme, we told her she went to law school and not ‘poetry’ school for a reason, and that nothing actually rhymes with ‘force majeure.’

That being said, we couldn’t stop her (and we REALLY tried to stop her) from making the Preamble into a limerick:

HPSN Registration Terms and Conditions

For those registering for HPSN twenty-nineteen
please read below the terms illuminated brightly upon your screen.
As set forth, these terms describe those specific conditions
which you (the “Registrant”) must follow for conference admission.
By registering online, you are hereby agreein’.

1. Registration Process and Payment
Registrants must register for the Event by creating an online account through HPSN.com.

Registrants will be able to pay the registration fee via check, wire transfer, or credit card.   In the event that payment is not received within 30 days of Registration, Registrant will lose any selected Agenda spots, as well as any early bird promotional discounts offered at the time of registration.  Payment must be received prior to the event in order for Registrant to be admitted.  Any person who creates an account may choose to register additional individuals, and is therefore responsible for full payment of those registrations as well.

Accommodation costs are not included in the Registration Fee.  Registrants are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, by individuals or groups, must be done by canceling through Registrant’s HPSN.com account.

The following cancellation policy shall apply:

Cancelations received 90 days out will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $25.00.

Cancelations received 60 days out will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $50.00.

Cancellations made less than 30 days from the event, as well as ‘no shows’, are liable for the full registration fee and are not entitled to a refund.
