During the Human Patient Simulation Network (HPSN) Southern Regional SimDay, we addressed how we can refine our practice to improve competency, teamwork, and safety in preparation for the clinical setting. This outstanding FREE SimDay was held at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. We offered a free pre-conference training on a CAE simulator the day before the conference began. The Southern Regional SimDay provided interactive workshops, hands-on simulation training and techniques, and networking opportunities with other sim users.
