HPSN is the premier education conference for healthcare simulation users. This year's Southeast/Gulf Coast Regional HPSN will be hosted by Central Carolina Technical College and CAE Healthcare and will be offered for FREE to anyone interested in healthcare simulation and education. At HPSN Regional meetings, you will have the opportunity to brainstorm with peers in your area, participate in active, hands-on sessions and come away with new ideas for simulation. You will also be able to see the latest simulation products available from CAE Healthcare.

Sumter Opera House

The Sumter Opera House is located on North Main Street in the heart of downtown Sumter. The historic Opera House is downtown's center focal point and crown jewel. As a center for the performing arts, the Opera House has several successful monthly programs and special performances throughout the year, ranging from film, dance, theater, concerts, and beyond.  The historic Sumter Opera House invites you to be entertained through its diverse and affordable cultural performances.


















Swan Lake Iris Gardens 
   
The black waters of Swan Lake form a setting for Iris Gardens. The lake is dotted with colorful islands, wildlife is abundant andit is the only public park in the US to feature all eight swan species. The 150-acre garden also is home to some of the nation's most intensive plantings of Japanese iris, which bloom yearly from mid to late May through the beginning of June.
















Sumter County Museum

The Sumter County Museum is a private non-profit institution whose mission is to promote the history of Old Sumter District through the preservation and exhibition of objects, manuscripts, and documents, which relate the story of this area of South Carolina. The museum campus includes the Williams-Brice House (1916), the Heritage Education Center (2003) and the Carolina Backcountry Homestead.





O’Donnell House

The O'Donnell House in Sumter, South Carolina, also known as Haynsworth-Bogin-O'Donnell House or as Shelley-Brunson Funeral Home, was built in 1840. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
